Refund policy
BB Costumes offers a 2-day Approval Period policy, which means items taken “on approval” may be returned within 2 days, subject to a restocking fee of $2 per article.
To be eligible for a Return on Approval, your item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it. If your return is accepted, we’ll credit your account the difference less any applicable restocking fees. Please note that returns will need to arrive at the BB Costumes warehouse within 2 business days to be eligible for Return on Approval discount.

Damages and issues
The Lessor assumes responsibility for the care and quality of all goods once in possession, so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue prior to any penalties being applied. The lessor assumes all responsibility for purchasing, replacement and cost of lost or damaged items at full replacement value inclusive of all materials, labour and applicable taxes. Items intended for replacement should be similar in style, size, and age to the item being replaced, and all are subject to the approval of BB Costumes.
Returns, Closing Accounts, and Deposit Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returns, you will be notified of any issues to be resolved prior to approval. Upon receipt of final returns, replacement, and/or closing invoice you will be given the option to close your account, and your Security Deposit refund will be approved and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
