Lease Terms

No goods are to enter possession of the Lessee without receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and a Security Deposit in place. BB Costumes agrees to rent the Lessee (you) the mentioned items at the agreed upon rates:

All base rental quotes are based on a 4 week rental term for Costume Stock and weekly rates for Kit Supplies. Production discounts are negotiable upon request. Items taken “On Approval” must be returned within 2 business days and may be subject to a $2/article restocking fee.

All rent accruing shall be payable on the presentation of the invoice and must be paid within 30 days. Outstanding and/or overdue balances may be subject to 2% interest penalty for each 4-week term overdue.

This lease may be terminated by Lessee at any time, by Lessor (B.B. Costumes) for Lessee’s default or if Lessee’s credit is impaired or a petition in bankruptcy is filed by or against Lessee.

Goods & Care

By checking the box, you (the Lessee) agree that goods entrusted to the Lessee by B.B. Costumes are at all times and in every respect at the responsibility and risk of the Lessee.

Lessee agrees to return Costume Stock goods unaltered, unmodified, not dyed, and in as good condition and repair as when received by the Lessee. The articles shall not be altered without the express consent of B.B. Costume Rental. Lessee is responsible for ensuring all goods are returned clean and wearable and incurs any costs of laundering. Lessee agrees to replace any consumable goods used prior to return of Kit. Failure to do so may result in total or partial forfeit of Security Deposit

Loss or Damage

Loss or damage of items in care of Lessee may result in total or partial forfeit of Lessee’s Security Deposit. Lessee assumes responsibility for replacement for any items lost or damaged while in Lessee’s care included, but not limited to the full cost of any applicable shipping, materials, labour, and taxes. Items intended to as replacement-in-trade are subject to BB Costumes approval and should be of like kind and comparable quality to the originals. 

Transportation

All costs of transportation from and to B.B. Costumes Warehouse shall be arranged and paid by Lessee, including required insurances. Any required packing materials and labour should be provided by or compensated by Lessee.
